How to Build a Cardboard Santa Sleigh
Start with one BIG box (either refrigerator of washer/dryer). Draw the profile of your sleigh on one side of the box.

Now cut the box as shown below:

Sampler Rivet Kit - $24.95
Boxes not included.
This rivet kit can be used to build any of the project plans featured on my website. Includes all three sizes of rivets for connecting multiple layers of cardboard of various thicknesses. This kit includes:
- Long Rivets - 100 pcs./50 sets
- Medium Rivets - 100 pcs./50 sets
- Mini Rivets - 100 pcs./50 sets
- 1 Rivet Remover
- 1 Utility Knife
Fasten the interior panels in position so that they will still be in place when you cut away the profile of your sleigh.

Now cut away the profile of the sleigh. I had to fudge my drawing to show the proper placement of the interior panels. That's why it will be easier to properly place the interior panels if you first draw the profile of the sleigh.

Take the pieces that you cut away from the first side and trace them onto the other side as templates. This will help you make both sides symetrical. Don't worry if the two sides don't look identical. It's impossible to look at both sides at the same time anyway!
